So. I’m having “fun” in “beautiful” Michigan.
And “fun” is a euphemism for “a brutal day” and “beautiful” is really “this godforsaken place” …but who’s counting?
I have two days left. My speeches today focused on a fundamental platform of my campaign for President. Which is, of course, healthcare freedom for women. I repeat to the masses, “government should NEVER tell a woman what to do with their bodies.”
And my team thinks that when the women hear that — they are rushing immediately to vote for me. Women have counted for most of the early voting.
And they HAVE to be voting for me. For healthcare freedom.
And NONE of them remember that it was in my administration … under my watch… that the government told EVERY women what to do with their bodies: get the vaccine.
We mandated the Covid vaccine for EVERYONE. We fired women who didn’t want to get it. We forced a healthcare choice on every woman…. It didn’t matter if they DIDN’T want it. It didn’t matter if it wasn’t or might not be safe for them (for example, it was never tested on women with autoimmune issues, but we lied and said it we knew it was safe for them).
Women don’t remember anything. We good, right? It’s all about abortion.
It doesn’t matter that even after everything we know about Covid and the vaccines that I am STILL MANDATING the Covid booster. If someone in my office doesn’t want it, it doesn’t matter. We, the government, are telling them what they HAVE to do with their bodies. Again. Still.
Status meeting today was a little somber. I’m not entirely sure what the deal is, we are ahead in every poll.
Sitting there listening — it sounded like they mostly believe that the polls mean nothing. That we have been on a steady decline in both motivation and turnout. That they have been able to put out a few “fake” polls (like in Iowa) to discourage Trump votes. That they feel women votes could favor us slightly, but male votes will favor Trump. It will likely come down to independents again. RFK Jr. has been gaining followers with his attacks on big Pharma… I don’t know. A bunch of mumbo jumbo.
But I was born in a middle class family. We had struggles and I understand.
I started out with the premise of talking about two truth and one lie — a game people like to play.
I only have the one lie though. I am here to protect women’s healthcare freedoms.
And is that enough?
We good? Possibly.
